Speaker & Microphone Repair.

Can't hear calls, phone won't ring or play sound, or callers say they can't hear you? It's usually the earpiece speaker, loudspeaker, or microphone — and most are a quick fix. We start with a free diagnostic, because sometimes it's just packed-in debris or a setting, not a broken part. If a part is genuinely bad, we replace it. iPhone, Samsung, Pixel, and most Android phones. Bring it to 1054 Beach 20th Street — most repairs same-day, backed by a 60-day warranty.

Three different problems, three different fixes.

"My sound isn't working" can mean a few different things. Knowing which one helps us fix it faster:

We clean before we replace.

A lot of "broken speaker" and "broken mic" phones just have debris jammed in the mesh or a setting turned off. We check that first, for free, so you don't pay for a part you don't need. If it really is a failed speaker or microphone, we'll show you and quote the replacement before we start.

What we repair.

We fix earpiece speakers, bottom-firing loudspeakers, and microphones on iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Motorola, and most Android phones. Whether your audio went out after a drop, a splash, a screen repair somewhere else, or just stopped on its own, the free diagnostic tells us exactly what's happening before any work or cost.

Speaker & microphone questions.

Why can I only hear calls on speakerphone?

That usually points to the earpiece speaker at the top of the phone. We test it, clear any debris first, and replace the earpiece only if it's actually failed.

Callers say I sound muffled or cut out — is it the microphone?

Often it's the microphone or debris blocking it. The free diagnostic tells us whether it's a blockage, a setting, or a mic that needs replacing.

My phone has no ringtone or sound at all. Can you fix it?

Yes. No sound usually means the loudspeaker. We check for debris, water exposure, and a failed speaker, then quote the fix before starting.

Do you clean it before replacing the part?

Yes. A lot of muffled or quiet audio is just lint packed into the speaker mesh, or a software setting. We check that first so you're not paying for a part you don't need.

How long does speaker or microphone repair take?

Many are same-day. If a part has to be ordered for your model, it can add a day or two — we tell you up front.

Which phones do you repair?

iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and most Android phones. Bring your model or call so we can confirm the part.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every completed repair carries a 60-day parts-and-labor warranty. If a part we installed fails under normal use, we replace it free.
