Jonathan founded BK Wireless in 2008 with a simple promise: fix every phone right the first time, at a fair price, for the people of Far Rockaway.

Over 17 years later, BK Wireless is still at 1054 Beach 20th Street — the same address, the same commitment, serving thousands of Queens customers every year. We repair iPhones, Samsung Galaxy phones, Motorola devices, Google Pixel phones, iPads, and tablets. We’re also authorized dealers for T-Mobile Prepaid, Verizon Prepaid, Simple Mobile, Ultra Mobile, and Spectrum.

We’re not a franchise. We don’t have a call center. When you walk through our door, you’re talking to the people who actually fix your phone — with experience, with care, and with a 60-day warranty on every job we do.
