Repair Warranty

Every repair we do is backed by a 60-day parts and labor warranty. If a part we installed fails under normal use inside that window, we replace it free. No diagnostic fee, no runaround — bring it back to the same bench.
What the warranty covers
For 60 days from the date on your receipt, we cover:
- Parts we installed. If a screen, battery, charging port, camera, or other part we replaced fails under normal use, we replace it at no charge.
- Our workmanship. If an issue traces back to how the repair was done — a loose connector, an adhesive seal that didn't hold — we fix it free.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty is void for issues caused after the repair, including:
- New physical damage. Drops, cracks, bends, or pressure damage that happens after you leave the shop.
- New liquid or water exposure. Any new water or liquid contact after the repair.
- Customer modifications. Any repair, opening, or part swap done by you or another shop after our work.
- Unrelated failures. A different component failing that we never touched (for example, a battery covered by warranty does not cover an unrelated charging-port failure).
- Software issues not caused by the hardware repair.
A note on water damage repairs. Water-damaged devices are repaired on a best-effort basis. Because corrosion can spread over time, water-damage recovery work is not covered by the standard 60-day warranty unless stated in writing on your receipt.
How to make a warranty claim
Bring the device and your original receipt to 1054 Beach 20th Street during business hours, or call 718-471-3211 first if you want us to set time aside. We'll inspect the device on the bench. If the issue falls under the warranty, we repair or replace the part at no cost. If the inspection shows new damage or an unrelated failure, we'll explain what we find and quote any new work before doing anything.
Proof of repair
Your receipt is your warranty. Keep it — the date and the parts listed on it determine what's covered and for how long. If you've lost your receipt, call us with the phone number or name the repair was under and we'll do our best to locate the record.
