BK Wireless is a neighborhood repair and wireless shop, not a data company. We collect only what we need to fix your phone, answer your question, or activate your service — and we never sell your information.
Information we collect
- When you contact us. If you fill out the contact form, call, text, or email, we receive your name, your phone number or email, and whatever you tell us about your request.
- When you bring in a device. For a repair ticket we record your name, a contact number, the device and the work requested. We do not access the contents of your phone except as needed to test the specific repair, and we never copy or remove your data.
- When you activate wireless service. Carrier activations require the information the carrier needs to set up your line, which you provide at the counter.
- Automatically. Like most websites, our host records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the site running and secure.
How we use your information
- To respond to your question or quote request.
- To perform the repair and notify you when the device is ready.
- To keep a record of the repair for warranty purposes.
- To activate and support wireless service you sign up for.
- To keep our website and shop operating safely.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only when necessary to provide the service you asked for:
- Wireless carriers when you activate or port a line through us.
- Booking and trade-in tools. If you use the online repair booking or trade-in estimate tools on this site, the information you enter goes to those third-party providers to complete your request.
- When required by law, such as a valid legal request from law enforcement.
Cookies and analytics
We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are useful. We do not use this information to identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.
How long we keep information
We keep repair records long enough to honor the warranty and meet our business and tax obligations, then dispose of them. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

- Texts and calls. If we text you about a repair and you'd rather we didn't, reply STOP or tell us and we'll stop.
- Access or deletion. You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling or emailing us. We'll honor reasonable requests consistent with our recordkeeping obligations.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
