1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using bkwireless.shop or bringing a device for repair to BK Wireless (“we”, “us”, or “BK Wireless”), located at 1054 Beach 20 Street, Far Rockaway, NY 11691, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. SERVICES

BK Wireless provides device repair services (iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Motorola, Google Pixel, iPad, tablets), buyback of used or damaged phones, and authorized prepaid wireless plan activation (T-Mobile, Verizon, Simple Mobile, Ultra Mobile, Mobile X, Spectrum Mobile + Internet).

3. REPAIR WARRANTY

All repairs include a 60-day warranty covering parts and labor. Warranty is void if the device shows physical damage, water damage, or modification by another party after our repair.

4. DEVICE DROP-OFF

You agree that any device left for repair or sale is your property and you have legal authority to authorize service. We are not responsible for verifying ownership. Devices unclaimed after 30 days may be sold to recover repair costs.

5. DATA & BACKUP

You are responsible for backing up your data before service. While we take reasonable care, BK Wireless is not liable for data loss during repair. We do not access personal data on devices unless required to verify the repair was successful.

6. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices listed online are starting prices. Final pricing confirmed at intake based on model and damage assessment. Payment due upon repair completion. We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App.

7. PHONE BUYBACK

Cash buyback offers are based on inspected condition, model, and current market value. All buyback transactions are final. You attest the phone is not stolen, financed, or under contract obligation. We may verify IMEI status before purchase.

8. PREPAID WIRELESS PLANS

BK Wireless is an authorized dealer for T-Mobile, Verizon, Simple Mobile, Ultra Mobile, Mobile X, and Spectrum. Activation, port-in, and plan changes are subject to each carrier’s own terms. Activated SIM cards and plans are non-refundable.

9. MAIL-IN REPAIR

Devices must be shipped using the prepaid label provided. We are not responsible for damage during transit when other shipping methods are used. Quoted pricing may change if additional damage is found during inspection — we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BK Wireless’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages.

11. PRIVACY

We collect contact information (name, phone, email) only as needed to deliver services. We do not sell or share customer data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance. Latest version always available at bkwireless.shop/terms-of-service/.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queens County, NY.
