Repair Warranty

All repairs come with a 60-day warranty on parts and labor. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and labor errors. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.

Returns & Refunds

Unopened accessories may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Activated SIM cards and prepaid plans are non-refundable. Phones sold to BK Wireless are final transactions.

Mail-In Repair Terms

Devices must be shipped using the prepaid label provided. We are not responsible for damage during transit when other shipping methods are used. Quoted price may change if additional damage is found upon inspection — we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal data on devices brought for repair is never accessed beyond what is necessary to complete the repair. We recommend backing up your device before service.
