How long does mail-in repair take?

Repairs are completed in 24–72 hours after we receive your device. Add 2–4 business days for shipping in each direction depending on your location. Total: typically 5–10 business days door to door.

Is shipping free?

Yes — we send you a free prepaid USPS shipping label to ship your device to us. Return shipping with insurance is included in your repair cost.

What if my phone can’t be repaired?

If we determine your device cannot be repaired after receiving it, we’ll notify you immediately and ship it back to you at no charge. You won’t be billed if we can’t fix it.

Do I need to back up my phone before mailing?

Yes — we strongly recommend backing up your data before shipping. Screen and battery repairs don’t typically require a factory reset, but water damage repair may. Back up first as a precaution.

What warranty comes with mail-in repairs?
