Came in to set up a T-Mobile prepaid line and pick up a case. BK Wireless on Beach 20th had me out in about 10 minutes. SIM activated, plan sorted, tempered glass screen protector put on clean. The case and protector were cheaper than what I was finding online. Hannah helped me out and didn't try to push extras on me. They've been on that block forever. Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk into 1054 Beach 20th Street any time during business hours. If you want a part held for a specific model, call 718-471-3211 ahead of time.
How do I choose my repair?
Pick your brand and model, then what needs fixing. Not sure what is wrong? Walk in for a free diagnostic at the counter.
What repairs do you offer?
Screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, back glass and water damage, on Apple, Samsung, Google, Motorola, OnePlus and TCL.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most screen replacements finish in 45–90 minutes. Battery replacements run 30–45 minutes. Back glass and water damage are usually same-day, occasionally overnight if a part is being sourced.
What's the warranty?
60 days on parts and labor. If our part fails under normal use inside that window, we replace it free.
Will my data be erased during a repair?
No. Screen, battery, port, and back glass repairs don't touch your data. We never wipe a phone without your written approval.
How do you take payment?
Cash, debit, credit, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, and other common methods. NYC sales tax may apply.
